I'm an advisor to leaders on the decisions they can't afford to get wrong: the calls about people, risk, and change that don't come with a second try. I'm also the author of more than ten books.
I've been featured on Nudgestock, the largest behavioral sciences conference, and EconTalk, among others. More than 25,000 people around the world read my work regularly.

I'm probably the only advisor working at the intersection of risk management under uncertainty, operational know-how, and behavioral psychology. I care as much about how to do the right thing as about naming what the right thing is.
I would rather show how I think than claim it. The books and essays here are years of my reasoning in the open, on general problems and on the ones leaders actually face, so you can judge the thinking for yourself before we ever speak.
After a master's degree in mechanical engineering, I spent the first part of my career working for DuPont's consulting unit in Frankfurt, Germany. There, I focused on managerial excellence projects in various industries across Europe.
In 2015, I moved back to my hometown of Turin, Italy, and opened a private practice serving clients worldwide (with a focus on Italy, France, the United States, India, and Singapore). Over more than 13 years, I've worked with 90+ organizations, from startups to Fortune Global 500 companies.
I've also published books about management, human behavior, and economics that earned me appearances at the most important conferences and podcasts in my field, including Nudgestock and EconTalk.
Today, I run an independent advisory practice and live in Turin, Italy.
I also maintain a list of my original ideas.
